Return Policy
PVH Corporate Outfitters will only issue return authorizations for the below reasons:
• Goods received are defective or damaged in the shipping process
• Customer needs to place an exact exchange order
• Order was placed in error by the PVH Corporate Outfitters Sales Support team
We no longer issue return authorizations for:
• Samples
• Embroidered merchandise
• Orders past 90 days of purchased date
• Exchange orders without a confirmed replacement order/PO
If you are requesting a RA for defective merchandise, please provide detailed information regarding the defect and pictures, if possible.

Please be ready to provide the following:
• Account number
• Style number
• Size
• Purchase order number
• Reason for return
Once your request has been reviewed, a return authorization number will be issues along with return instructions.
